Sober Point
Adolescent Outpatient Program (age 13-17)

According to the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI), there have been studies that show "more than half of young persons with a substance abuse diagnoses has a diagnosable mental illness." Adolescents are often referred to treatment for substance abuse but are not being assessed by a qualified mental health professional for appropriate diagnoses and treatment. Thus, families and caregivers are left with the revolving door of services through traditional programs that focus solely on the substance use.

  • Chronic feeling of sadness
  • Anxiety or extreme stress

  • Or sense of failure, just to name a few
