Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counselors

Retrospective Solutions is looking for qualified licensed professionals to provide services such as individual, couples, family therapy and complete psychosocial assessments. Qualified individuals must have a working knowledge of the 12 Step recovery process. They must also possess the ability to empower clients to use their own internal resources as well as to access relevant external services. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to work with clients, their families and various caregivers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed by the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
  • At least 4 years experience in the mental health and substance abuse community
  • Approved Medicaid provider is a plus.
  • Spanish speaking preferred but not required
